Interest in RegulaTrace

When you submit an enquiry, we store your name, company, email address, interest in the planned introductory offer, and the wording and timestamp of your consent to be contacted. We use this information to process your enquiry and contact you personally by email. To notify Schmidt GMP-Consulting of your enquiry, we send these details by email through Brevo. You are not automatically subscribed to the newsletter.

We use Brevo for German and English newsletter sign-ups and newsletter delivery. Your email address, consent and confirmation status are processed through Brevo. Sign-up is completed after you click the confirmation link in the email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the newsletter unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

Loading the embedded form connects your browser to Brevo and transmits technical connection data such as your IP address and browser information. Newsletter data is not processed exclusively in Switzerland. More information: Brevo Privacy Policy.

Technical processing

This preview is provided through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Submissions from the separate interest form are stored in a server-side Cloudflare D1 database. Newsletter sign-ups in the embedded form go directly to Brevo. Infrastructure providers may process technical connection data during operation. Processing may take place outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Provider information: OpenAI and Cloudflare.

To protect the forms from abuse, the application uses short-lived hashed identifiers based on the IP address and a time window. These are not linked to your form submissions. Expired identifiers are deleted on subsequent requests. The application uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies of its own. Access to the private preview may use technically necessary sign-in data from the platform provider.

Retention and your options

We retain your information for as long as it is needed to process your enquiry or provide your requested subscription. You may contact us at any time to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent. Statutory retention obligations remain applicable.
